WHO ARE WE?

Banksia Secondary College is a government secondary school (Years 7 to 12) in the state of Victoria. It is situated in the Melbourne suburb of Heidelberg West, home of the 1956 Olympic Village, about 9 km (as the flies) from the city centre.

The school is the result of a merger between Heidelberg High School, Heidelberg Technical School and La Trobe High School, opening in 1992 on the Heidelberg High School site in Banksia Street. More than $4 000 000 has been spent on the school, giving us magnificent facilities.
